Project Overview

Brexton spent a year in planning before breaking ground on 1123 Goodale. This project is 5 stories, situated in a flood zone between the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers in Grandview Heights, Ohio. Because we could not build a building on the ground floor, it includes a covered parking garage on the ground floor, state of the art climate conditioned storage on floors 2, 3 & 4 and office on the 5th floor with a spectacular view of Downtown Columbus. Half of the 5th floor is home to Brexton’s new corporate HQ.

Mills James Productions

This crown-jewel of today’s leading edge TV, Video, Audio, Animation and Web Production is proud to call Brexton it’s Developer. Brexton broke ground on Mills James in 2001 as the first Brexton project. Close to 15 years later, Brexton has taken the building through multiple Build-Phases…with it now boosting over 44,000SF.

Brexton greatly enjoys unique Production needs, after having built over 12 Sound and Audio Stages.

Nationwide Children’s Orthopedic Center / Main Campus

Project Overview

Orthopedic testing, treatment and care for children. The Nationwide Children’s Orthopedic Center bring a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for newborns, children, and young adults at the Nationwide Children’s Main Campus.

The architecture is in harmony with the Nationwide Children’s ‘look & experience’ of the Nationwide Children’s Close to Home Center / E Broad, Columbus OH.

Project Overview

Starting in Columbus, Ohio, Tri-Village is leading with this brand-new suburban site featuring natural or climate controlled storage. Unlike a standard retail or warehouse-space, this facility required special attention to the lighting, security with audio and video capabilities. A 24/7 Kiosk with digital delivery in real-time is available for client interaction and service.

Tri-Village’s downtown location is a six-story state-of-the-art site which also features the first of its kind in Ohio, a lower-level, sophisticated, secure area for wine-storage.

This project required site selection / review / purchase / Design-Build / Operations open and stabilized… then a sale. Brexton’s principal led this opportunity on the Daily 100,000+ Car Count at the I-70 / 256 corridor.

The vision that led this project from dirt to sale in a record amount of months was the tenacity of Brexton’s leadership. This includes the critical and detailed issues that come with Food and Gas being so close to one another…not to mention the complexity of a Car Wash that is also on the site. This crown-jewel of Westerville’s Medical Mile, the Mount Carmel Health / Urgent Care Center, started with Tim Galvin (Brexton CEO) funding, buying the ground, planning – building and selling this custom-build to Mount Carmel Health. The adjacent Westerville Medical Offices Building not only shares parking and easy-access…but the architecture is in harmony with the Mount Carmel Health / Urgent Care Center…making over 80,000 combined sf.ft. of premier space.

This is one of several Medical sites where Tim Galvin has led the funding and completion, where the ultimate owner was not in any risk…they simply had one-transaction and took the keys.

Project Overview

Tri-Village Self-Storage Downtown is a 6 story urban storage facility with approximately 720+/- units available to rent including a variety of unique wine storage units.

A 24/7 Kiosk with digital delivery in real-time is available for client interaction, rental and service. Tri-Village Self Storage Downtown is clean, modern and uses the latest technology in locking systems, fingerprint scanning and more.

Located in downtown Columbus, this six-story state-of-the-art facility features the first of its kind in the Midwest a lower-level, secure area for wine-storage. The wine-vault-level is controlled at 55 degrees and 70% humidity year-around, with a power-generator backup.

At the street-level is a nicely appointed wine tasting room for members of the Tri-Village wine club.
