The Columbus Dispatch –
A 750-unit storage building will be built at Long and Young streets Downtown as part of the growing Neighborhood Launch apartment and condominium project.
Edwards Cos., developer of Neighborhood Launch, is teaming with Brexton Construction to build the storage units, which will range in size from 4 by 5 feet to 12 by 20 feet and will be temperature-controlled.
“We’re seeing a growing demand for storage Downtown,” said Tim Galvin, president of Brexton.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2015.
Neighborhood Launch includes Bishop’s Walk along Gay Street and the Normandy on Long Street.
